Many thanks to Jim Shearer for his artwork in the telling of the story of Jesus.  Jim continues his painting during Sunday mornings Children's Time as the story is narrated for all to enjoy.

Jesus is The Way

Recently I was going to a meeting at Henry Ford Village; I immediately thought it was the one at Greenfield Village.  Fortunately someone clarified for me that it was the senior living facility on Ford Road.  If I had gone where I first planned to go, I would have gone to a nice place but the people I wanted to be with would not have been there. 

Fear

Joshua 1:9  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous.

Prayer

I recently read an article by Theologian John Piper.  In it he states that most of the time, our prayers should be directed to the Father.  "So the pattern that you find almost uniformly - I say almost uniformly - throughout the New Testement is pray to the Father in the name of the Son by the power of the Holy Spirit."  He does conclude that we do need to express their
