The Treasure Chest is a 50 year old resale shop located in the church garden level.  Church members and the community donate gently used household goods, furniture, and clothing for sale to the public every Wednesday.  This is part of the church mission to reach out to the less fortunate and more challenged in the community.  Customers are often the unemployed, financially challenged older adults, those burdened with health issues, domestic violence survivors and immigrants. The entire operation is run by church members and local members of other churches.  It is an opportunity for mission driven fellowship among the volunteers and caring for shoppers who may be lonely and enjoy visiting with volunteers.  All proceeds are designated to return to the church for projects that need special funding, such as the electronic marquee sign in front of the church.
