Wednesday Evenings FISH
Fellowship. Inspiration. Scripture. Hope.
Our Wednesday night family program begins with expertly prepared dinner, by members of the congregation at 6 pm. Following dinner, at 6:45pm, we will have our Lenten Worship Service in the chapel and then our classes will run from 7:15 - 8:00pm.
For Children:
Elementary-aged children enjoy a variety of activites during this time, such as stories, scripture memory, music, games and art. Childcare for younger children is available upon request.
This year we're continuing our "Welcome to Narnia" series with Prince Caspian. Each week, we read a chapter of the book aloud and explore the Biblical themes together. Drop in any time!
For Youth:
"The Family Room" - Youth meets in the youth lounge for quality face time after a good meal. In the midst of our busy schedules, we gather together while completing homework projects, or just chatting. Sometimes slowing down for a bit is a good thing. Come hang with the family of Christ.
For Adults:
"Work Matters" - This discussion class will focus on the biiblical understanding of work and how our daily activities, including our job, should be an extension of our Sunday worship experience. Work is a calling from the Lord and should not be "just something we do." We will learn together how God views what we do and how we should approach our vaious tasks. Do they honor God? We meet in the North Parlor.
